Their products play a key role in construction projects across Australia, and they’re now looking for a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join their close-knit team.

About the Role
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on, practical work in a stable and supportive environment. You’ll be operating machinery, assisting with production runs, and working collaboratively to meet daily targets.

  • Location: Wacol, Brisbane
  • Hours: Day Shift – early starts between 5:00am and 7:00am
  • Pay: $70,000 + Superannuation (Overtime available)

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently
  • Perform quality checks and basic maintenance on equipment
  • Forklift Operation: Assist with packing, stacking, and moving materials using forklifts
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area, following company safety protocols

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven machine operation experience in a manufacturing or production setting
  • Valid forklift licence and demonstrated skill in safe material handling
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and repetitive tasks
  • A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to be part of a team
